		<description>Yes, the .bat file is gone, but I created one based on the source he gives above, but there is no SSE file now.  I just used neroAacEnc.exe as suggested, and changed the .bat flie to use it at its actual location.  The backslashes do not seem to be printing in the source for the .bat file, also.  Two of the pictures are, of course, broken.

It was necessary for me to turn off ID3 Tag Version -&gt; None, but it is now on a different tab, and on-the-fly encoding breaks it.  The .bat file now runs after each track is imported, and makes a high quality aac - much higher quality than most mp3&#039;s for the same size.  Itunes is a generation more recent than mp3&#039;s.  I can confirm it works with the most recent NeroAACCodec-1.5.1.zip.  Use Picard only if you like sending your m4a statistics to strangers.</description>
